Joe bataan means alot to me he is a self described Afro-Filipino from New York who played everything from doo wop soul flavored "Latin" oldies songs to Disco and Hip Hop. His voice is so smooth yet rocky like chunky peanut butter he is a perfect mix of street thug and smooth singer.
